With our real estate team, you get 3 people working for you; giving council, advising in a competitive marketplace, fighting for your interests, showing you homes, talking through timelines and listing strategy, responding to emails, taking/making calls, and answering your questions. Both the listing and purchasing sides have fluctuating intricacies, depending on the current market and each parties’ wants or needs. Having been through over 500 transactions, we’ve got a strong understanding of what those can be, the typical resolutions, and the more creative ones.
Casey Price has been working in real estate in the greater King and Snohomish County areas since 2007. Striving through the recession and into a burgeoning real estate market was an invaluable learning experience and lesson in the differences in timing. He is a husband and a father to 4 boys, who spends most of his free time with the family, out on the water, or doing 80’s breakdance moves. Often, he does all 3 at once.
Tyler Gardner began real estate straight out of college at UW in 2013. Joining an active real estate team in a hot real estate market was trial by fire. He wrote his first offer (and got it accepted) the first weekend in the business and hasn’t looked back. On a given day, you can find him out on a jog, at your local brewery, or covered in hair from his Alaskan malamute.
Beginning his career in 2018 after a year at a startup post-college, he took to the real estate industry quickly. He’s applied his professional photography aptitude to bring excellent quality to the team’s listing photos, while taking on the rest of the responsibilities of a real estate agent. Outside of work, he’s often tearing up the slopes, spending time with friends, or travelling the globe. He’s the guy flying the WSU flag whenever you see it flying.
