With our real estate team, you get 3 people working for you; giving council, advising in a competitive marketplace, fighting for your interests, showing you homes, talking through timelines and listing strategy, responding to emails, taking/making calls, and answering your questions. Both the listing and purchasing sides have fluctuating intricacies, depending on the current market and each parties’ wants or needs. Having been through over 700 transactions, we’ve got a strong understanding of what those can be, the typical resolutions, and the more creative ones.
